· This new release is the first album in a new series from
GENIUN which showcases the winners of the ARD
International Music Competition.

Soprano Emalie Savoy is the 2015 winner of the ARD
International Music Competition. This is her debut album.
·
Savoy has been praised for the "gleaming richness" of her
voice by the New York Times. Her warmness will carry
listeners away as she sings Ravel's Sheherazade and
Dvorak's Song to the Moon from Rusalka.
·
Ms. Savoy is a native of Albany New York. She completed
the Metropolitan Opera's Lindemann Young Artist
Development Program, and holds both a Bachelor and
Master of Music degree from The Julliard School. She also
frequently performs with various opera houses, notably
as the Countess in Mozart's Le nozze di Figaro, Giulietta in
Offenbach's Les Contes d'Hoffmann, and Norah in William
Shield's The Poor Soldier.
